Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

These Terms govern the relationship between First Link Companies & Establishment Management LLC "First Link Dubai" and any Client that engages our services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
First Link Dubai provides business setup, PRO and government services, visa and immigration, accounting and tax, legal documentation, Ejari registration, and vehicle and insurance services in the UAE. Scope is confirmed in a written quotation or service agreement.
2. Quotations and Fees
- Quotations are in UAE Dirhams (AED), valid for 14 days from issue.
- Government and free zone fees are included unless explicitly stated as estimates.
- Changes in government-mandated fees after quotation are passed on at cost, with prior notice.
- Our professional service fees are fixed and will not increase without your written consent.
3. Payment Terms
- Typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion, as specified in the service agreement.
- Government fees are payable in full before submission.
- Non-payment may result in service suspension.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and genuine documents. Submission of fraudulent documents is a criminal offence under UAE law and will result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Timeline
Timelines are provided in good faith. First Link Dubai is not liable for delays caused by government authorities, third parties, incomplete documentation, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation before government submission: professional fees incurred are non-refundable; government fees already paid will be refunded less any irrecoverable costs.
- After submission: all fees are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged. We will not disclose Client information except as required to perform the services or comply with UAE law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total professional fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
